We made a weekend trip to Georgia to find a home to retire. We met with Josh Scelsi and his Partner Charlotte Shaw on a Friday afternoon to discuss what we were looking for. Josh had a list of houses for us to see by Saturday morning. After visiting a few homes we found one that was perfect for us in N. Augusta. Josh kept us up to date on the construction process and addressed any concerns we had. He is very much on top of his game. We really appreciate all that he and Charlotte did from the first day we met to find us a home to now. He still calls to check to see if everything is okay with the house. He is a true professional.
